An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join a well-established global business with ambitious growth plans.
This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for driving email and CRM performance through effective campaign delivery, audience segmentation, reporting and optimisation. You'll take ownership of the email marketing calendar and use data-driven insights to continually improve engagement and conversion rates.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing email marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery
- Monitoring campaign performance, engagement, and deliverability
- Producing regular reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing and executing testing strategies to optimise results
- Owning the email marketing plan and communications calendar
- Building lead nurture, re-engagement, and retention campaigns
- Creating segmented and personalised customer communications
- Working closely with wider marketing teams to support business objectives

About You
You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in email marketing or CRM marketing
- Either an Email Marketing Manager or a Marketing Exec taking the step up
- Experience using platforms such as HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of segmentation and customer journey planning
- Experience running A/B testing and optimisation programmes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
