What you’ll be doing
As our Email Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing email marketing strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients. Your expertise will shape engaging campaigns, optimise performance, and deliver results across the following key responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Design and implement data-driven email marketing campaigns to achieve client goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Performance Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities, continually optimising strategies to maximise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Audience Segmentation and Personalisation: Leverage advanced segmentation and personalisation techniques to ensure campaigns resonate with diverse audience segments and deliver tailored experiences.
- Automation and Workflow Management: Develop and manage automated email workflows, utilising tools to streamline processes and maintain consistent touchpoints across the customer journey.
- Collaboration with Growth Teams: Work closely with the Growth team and other departments to align email strategies with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and synergy.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email campaigns adhere to industry regulations, such as GDPR, while maintaining high standards for deliverability and brand integrity.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert guidance to refine and enhance their email marketing efforts.
- Innovation and Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and tools, driving innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in campaign execution.
What experience you need to be successful
- Proven expertise in email marketing platforms, with a strong preference for DotDigital, Hubspot, and/or Mailchimp, including building and optimising campaigns, workflows, and automations.
- Deep understanding of data management, including importing, integrating, and analysing data to drive informed email marketing strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Experience conducting email audits, running client workshops, and developing strategic plans to enhance performance and align with business goals.
- Strong technical and operational skills, including email campaign design, testing, execution, and compliance with GDPR and other email marketing regulations.
- Excellent client-facing abilities, with the communication skills to build relationships, present insights, and collaborate effectively to deliver value-driven solutions.
