Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Email Marketing Specialist based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Email Marketing Specialist will plan, build, and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and automation workflows.

- Managing email marketing software
- Monitoring deliverability and performance metrics
- Analyzing campaign results
- Implementing data-driven improvements
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation initiatives
- Maintaining clean and compliant email lists
- Refining communication strategies to enhance engagement
The specialist will regularly test subject lines, content, and sending strategies to improve sender reputation and overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation platforms, with experience managing campaigns and workflows.
- Strong Marketing Analytics skills, including tracking KPIs, interpreting performance data, and reporting actionable insights.
- Experience in Lead Generation through email channels, nurturing prospects, and supporting conversion-focused campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, audience-focused messaging and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of deliverability best practices, sender reputation management, and list hygiene.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between office and remote work.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing; a degree or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
