Role Description
The Email Marketing Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Loughborough. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing email campaigns to promote personalized sporting products and drive customer engagement.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Building and segmenting email lists
- Drafting and designing email content
- Setting up automated email workflows
- Scheduling campaigns

The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and report insights to support marketing decisions and lead generation efforts. Collaboration with the wider marketing and sales team is expected to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools.
- Ability to use Marketing Analytics to interpret campaign performance and optimize future initiatives.
- Strong Communication skills and experience in Lead Generation activities.
- Previous experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content and promotional materials.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple campaigns.
- Comfort working on-site in Loughborough and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
