A renowned arts and cultural organisation is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of audience-focused email marketing campaigns across a varied programme of events, performances and customer experiences.

Your new role
Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, building and executing targeted email campaigns designed to drive ticket sales, customer engagement and audience retention.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and deploying email campaigns from brief through to execution
- Managing customer segmentation and audience targeting strategies
- Developing automated customer journeys and lifecycle communications
- Working closely with marketing, content and digital teams to deliver effective campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable insights
- Conducting A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Maintaining data quality and ensuring compliance with GDPR best practice
- Supporting broader CRM and audience engagement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering email marketing campaigns within a consumer-facing environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Tessitura
- Experience managing customer segmentation and audience targeting
- Knowledge of email best practice, automation and customer journey development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A genuine interest in arts, culture, entertainment or live events would be highly advantageous
