Are you a creative, commercially minded email marketer who knows how to turn great content, customer insight, and data into campaigns that get results? Do you enjoy understanding different audiences and finding the right message to engage each one? Then this could be the role for you.
At Viridian Nutrition, we help people to better health with effective, ethical, and pure supplements, and we’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join us on our mission. Viridian Nutrition is the leading brand of ethical vitamins. “What is an ethical vitamin?” we hear you say! In a nutshell, it means we care deeply about everything we do. From the seed to the recycling bank, we focus on minimizing our footprint on the earth. We shun the use of chemicals for a healthier, better way - even if it does slow down the process and cost more!

The Role
Working closely with our Marketing team and reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Email Marketing Specialist will:

- Create impactful email content, including compelling subject lines, copy, and calls to action that drive engagement and conversion.
- Turn product information and science-based data into engaging, accessible content that inspires awareness, interest, and action.
- Adapt messaging and creative for different audiences while maintaining a consistent Viridian brand voice.
- Create and adjust graphics and imagery for email campaigns.
- Develop segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys to improve relevance and performance.
- Monitor campaign results and use data and insight to continually improve performance.
- Develop A/B testing across subject lines, content, calls to action, send times, and other campaign elements.
- Work collaboratively with our Marketing, Sales, and Nutrition teams to gather content and ensure email activity supports wider business objectives.
- Work with our independent retailers to support their own email opportunities and help develop their knowledge.
- Grow engagement, retention, and database value across all our audiences.
- Become the go-to person for email marketing across Viridian.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
