Email Marketing Automation Specialist

Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Automation Specialist to design, build, and execute high-performing email campaigns. In this role, you will leverage Marketo and Knak to streamline campaign creation, scale enterprise email marketing operations, and deliver engaging customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Automation: Build, test, and launch scalable, multi-touch email nurture campaigns and automated workflows in Marketo.
- Template Creation & Management: Utilize Knak to design, build, and approve responsive email templates and landing pages efficiently.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Implement dynamic content and smart lists to deliver targeted messages based on user behavior and demography.
- Optimization & Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve deliverability, open rates, and conversions.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Partner with cross-functional teams (content, design, and demand gen) to ensure strict QA standards, brand compliance, and flawless execution.

- Hands-on experience executing end-to-end campaign automation within Marketo.
- Proven proficiency using Knak to build responsive email assets quickly.
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM regulations, deliverability, and database hygiene.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.
