We’re hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of email and SMS at Nesti.
This is not a role for someone who just builds a newsletter twice a week and reports open rates.
We want someone who understands ecommerce, retention and customer behaviour and can turn email into a serious revenue channel.

- Briefing design
- Testing offers, angles, subject lines and formats
- Understanding what customers buy, when they buy and what gets them to come back
- Analysing performance and deciding what we should change next
- Working closely with our paid, creative and product teams
You should always know:
- What are we sending?
- Why are we sending it?
- Who are we sending it to?
- What did it make?
- What are we testing next?
What You’ll Own
- Weekly email campaign calendar
- Klaviyo strategy and execution
- Welcome flows
- Abandoned checkout flows
- Browse abandonment
- Post-purchase flows
- Cross-sell and upsell

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Work
We move quickly.
There aren’t endless approval processes or meetings about meetings.
If you think we should test something, explain why and test it.
If a flow is underperforming, fix it.
If customers are responding to a new angle, use it.
If a campaign works, understand why and build on it.
You’ll be trusted to manage your own time and workload.
That freedom comes with responsibility.
