Here at Ignite, we're absolutely buzzing to be working with a leading, award-winning email marketing and eCRM agency. They're known for scaling customer retention and messaging programmes for some of the most iconic brands around, and their collaborative, expert team is delivering exceptional results for clients week in, week out.

They're now looking to hire an Email Marketing Strategist to join the team as the strategic lead on a small portfolio of client accounts. You'll own everything from lifecycle strategy, automation and flows to list growth, segmentation and performance reporting, and you'll be the trusted Klaviyo expert in the room. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone who wants real ownership and a seat at the table with big brands!

What skills do you need to be considered?

  • ⭐️ 2+ years in Email Marketing / CRM, ideally in an agency or a fast paced B2C/D2C brand
  • ⭐️ Deep, hands-on Klaviyo expertise is essential (campaigns, flows, segments and reporting)
  • ⭐️ A proven track record of driving growth through strategic email programmes
  • ⭐️ Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Klaviyo analytics, Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets
  • ⭐️ Confident presenting strategy and results to senior stakeholders and leading client calls
  • ⭐️ Retail, DTC or Travel brand experience is a big plus
