Wiring Harness Technician
The Benefits

Desirable Knowledge And Experience
- HNC/HND in an automotive subject an advantage (time served technicians considered)
- Previous experience in a prototype wiring harness assembly environment
- Experience with wiring harness design software, an advantage
The Job Includes
- Build wiring harnesses (terminal crimping, wire stripping, looms…etc.) according to technical drawings and specification
- Solder electrical components for assembly process (through hole and SMT).
- Perform hand assembly steps and box builds.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions.
- Perform quality checks (automated and manual).
- Share ideas for improvements to process to increase efficiency
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Any other tasks needed to get the job done.
- Being prepared to adopt a flexible approach to working hours to ensure development activities are carried out as and when required.
