Front Row Racing is a family owned and managed business in Warrington, Cheshire. Due to growth of the business, we require a full time CNC Mill Operator to assist with our manufacturing operation.
As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for operating CNC Machinery in the company’s manufacturing team. The role will require interaction and liaison with all areas of team Engineering and Operations.
Contract type: Open to Contractor or Full Time Employment
Remote Working: Office Based
The Successful Applicant Will Have The Following Skills
- Extensive experience in CNC Machinery, specifically milling.
- Ability to:
- Manufacture precision parts to drawing using a milling machine.
- Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications to setup a wide range of milling operations on both repeat and new components.
- Setting up the machines by, loading material stock and inserting cutting tools into tool holders, ensuring accuracy of tool assembly by inspecting fit and runout.
- Clean and maintain machinery including disposal of waste material.
- Work as part of a skilled team committed to delivering excellence.
- Experience using a Haas VF Series milling machine, preferred.
Need To Have
- 3+ years of Machining experience
- Experience following work instructions
- Works well as part of a team
