About throxy

throxy (YC) runs outbound sales for B2B companies. From our London office, we operate email and phone outbound for 40+ active clients, combining proprietary software with AI agents across the full funnel.

About the role

In May 2026, we launched Envelope, our email platform managing the full lifecycle of cold email at scale:

  • Campaign launch & deliverability management
  • AI reply classification & meeting booking
  • Per-client economics

Fifteen weeks in: 40+ active clients | 244+ sales meetings booked | Six-figure ARR

We're looking for the first dedicated product hire for the Envelope channel. You'll work directly with our founding team and engineering, owning Email end-to-end.

What you'll own

  • Product roadmap — Prioritise, spec, and ship with our engineering team
  • Client outcomes — Meetings booked, reply quality, deliverability health
  • Channel economics — Revenue, infrastructure costs, unit economics per client
  • Experimentation — Optimise copy, personalisation, and sending strategy

What we're looking for

  • Product management, growth, revenue operations, or operator/founder experience
  • Deeply data-driven — You define metrics, pull your own numbers, and decide from them
  • Understanding of cold outbound (or ability to learn fast)
  • Daily fluency with AI tools and agents
  • London-based or willing to relocate — 5 days/week in office
