About Us
Everboost is a UK retention marketing agency for DTC health, beauty, food, and pet brands. We plan and write email, SMS, and direct mail for brands including Womenli, PhycoHealth, Discount Supplements, and more, across campaigns and lifecycle flows.
Job Opportunity
We're looking for a freelance copywriter to join our writing bench on ongoing hourly work, with consistent monthly volume across several brands.
The Standard
We want someone whose first drafts arrive 99% there. Correct grammar, correct product terminology, brand voice nailed, and no phrasing that sounds like it fell out of an AI tool.
- If a brand calls their product X, you will never call it Y.
- If the brand voice is "a mum texting her best mate", your copy won't read like a science blog.
- If the brand is American, you won't hand back British spelling.
What You'll Write
- Promotional campaign emails: launches, offers, seasonal
- Lifecycle flow copy: welcome, post-purchase onboarding, winback, subscription journeys
- SMS campaigns
- Subject lines and preview text that earn the open
- Direct mail copy
What You Won't Do
- No pitching, no client calls, no chasing scope, no building in Klaviyo, no design.
- You write. A strategist briefs you and a designer builds from your doc.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
How We Work
- You'll work from detailed briefs, brand voice guidelines, and voice-of-customer research.
- We mine thousands of real customer reviews per brand, so you get the customer's actual language instead of guessing at it.
- Copy is delivered in structured docs tagged by design element (hero, subheads, body blocks, CTAs) so designers can build straight from it.
- You'll sit inside a pod with a strategist, designer, and tech specialist, so feedback comes from one place and arrives fast.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years writing email for DTC or e-commerce brands, ideally agency-side or across several brands at once
- Written English to a native standard. Your copy needs no line editing for grammar, idiom, or rhythm, and you can switch between UK and US conventions without being reminded
- Proven range across distinct brand voices. Your portfolio should show three brands that sound like three brands, not one writer with a house style
- Obsessive attention to detail. You read your own work out loud before anyone else sees it
- You take feedback once and it stays taken. You keep brand guidelines updated and follow them without reminders
- Comfortable using AI as a drafting tool, and ruthless about what survives your edit. You know exactly what AI-flavoured copy sounds like
- Reliable on deadlines. We sometimes need 24 to 48 hour turnarounds, and we never trade speed for quality

Nice to Have
- Klaviyo familiarity (a bonus, not a requirement, we handle the builds)
- Experience in supplements, skincare, food and drink, or pet
- Long-form direct response or direct mail
- Experience writing to a retention brief: repurchase, subscription, winback, rather than acquisition
Is This a Fit?
This suits a writer who wants a steady base of interesting work without the agency politics, and who takes more pride in a hero section than in a job title. You're happy working inside someone else's brief and someone else's brand voice, and you'd rather nail the voice than leave your fingerprints on it.
It's probably not right if you want strategic ownership of the programme, or if you need long runway on every piece.
