Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally through email and digital support channels

Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Professional and empathetic approach to customer communication
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable using email, online systems, spreadsheets, and digital support tools
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote environment
- Previous customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or support experience is beneficial but not required
