We’re looking for a Finance Talent Partner to join our embedded recruitment team and become a true talent partner to a highly purpose-driven organisation operating at a national scale.

What you’ll be doing
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Finance and related corporate functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective hiring strategies
- Source and engage exceptional finance talent across multiple levels
- Manage the candidate journey from first conversation through to offer
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted talent advisor
- Use market insight and data to shape recruitment decisions
- Support employer branding and attraction initiatives
- Continuously improve the candidate experience and recruitment process
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Strong experience recruiting across Finance — ideally within a complex or corporate environment
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Confident managing end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Commercial, consultative and relationship-led approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Previous in-house, RPO or embedded recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
