This role is ideal for someone with experience in physical security systems who is looking to further develop their technical skills within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and client stakeholders to help deliver projects and support day-to-day operational requirements.

This is an on-site role based in the Manchester area, requiring attendance five days per week. Occasional travel within the UK and Europe may be required.

What you will do

  • Support the implementation of access control and CCTV projects, including system programming, testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
  • Provide remote support for technical issues and break-fix incidents across client sites.
  • Assist with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities and reactive support requirements.

  • Maintain commissioning documentation and assist with project handovers.
  • Keep project documentation and commissioning records accurate and up to date.
  • Travel occasionally within the UK and Europe to support project delivery and technical support requirements.
  • Assist with the configuration and administration of C-Cure and Victor systems, including system updates and user requirements.

  • Liaise with vendors and technical support teams to assist in fault resolution and system improvements.
  • Monitor technical bulletins and communicate relevant information relating to system performance and known issues.
  • Support project delivery activities, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Escalate technical or operational issues to senior engineers where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across global teams and functions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports relating to incidents, system performance, and service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
