About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer for a fixed-term contract to join the XCM EU creative team of a major global client, owning campaigns end-to-end from creative brief through to final delivery. You'll run the production of branded content and campaign work across the XCM slate: scoping the job, building the budget and schedule, hiring the right directors and crews, and steering the work through shoot, edit and delivery.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who carries multiple productions in parallel and takes real ownership of each one. You'll be the person creative, talent and leadership rely on to get campaigns shot on time and on budget, as comfortable pressure-testing a brief with an ECD as you are negotiating a bid or holding a shoot to schedule. You must thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments where high standards and creative ambition align.
The role is fully embedded in the client's creative team and will be hybrid (2-3 days in the office) with regular client-site work, plus travel to shoots as productions require. This is a fixed-term contract of approximately nine months, starting in October.
Responsibilities
- Own production of assigned campaigns end to end: brief, bid, budget, schedule, shoot, post and delivery, working independently and delivering to time and to budget.
- Build and manage production budgets, and hold the work to them across the life of the job.
- Source and hire directors, production companies, crews and post vendors, negotiating bids and scopes.
- Partner with creative leads (ECDs and GCDs) to pressure-test what a brief needs to be produced well.
- Earn the trust of creative and leadership as the producer who protects both the quality of the work and the schedule it lands to.
- Coordinate with Talent Partnerships and Business Affairs on talent bookings, usage windows, and deliverables.
- Run production schedules and keep shoots, edits and approvals moving to hit live dates across markets.
- Manage relationships with production partners and vendors, keeping a clean bar on quality, and build a reliable bench of directors, production companies and post houses we can go back to.
- Keep a clean, current view of spend, timelines, and status across active productions, giving leadership clear visibility at all times.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
