Build Things That Matter
We're a small electronics design consultancy that develops connected products for clients ranging from start-ups to established manufacturers. Because we're small, you'll never be "the USB person" or "the RTOS person". Instead, you'll work across the whole product, from first prototype to production.
One project might involve an ESP32 connected to AWS IoT. The next could be a high-speed CAN FD network, a low-power battery device, or an industrial controller. Variety is one of the reasons we working here.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving difficult technical problems and wants to take ownership of their work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing embedded firmware from scratch
- Bringing up new hardware
- Working closely with the team during schematic and PCB design
- Developing robust production-quality code
- Debugging the inevitable "it only fails on customer hardware" problems
- Supporting products through manufacture and field deployment
- Working directly with customers to understand technical requirements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
