Looking for a software engineering role where you'll work on advanced technology rather than routine development?
We're recruiting for a Software Engineer to join an innovative technology company specialising in cutting-edge R&D projects across communications, sensing and embedded systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging programmes that combine software, hardware and emerging technologies to solve complex client problems.

What you'll be doing
You'll be involved in the development of advanced software solutions supporting RF and communications technologies, working throughout the full development lifecycle.
Key areas include:
- Embedded software development
- Software Defined Radio (SDR) platforms
- Sensor and signal processing applications
- Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
- Development for microcontrollers and SoC platforms
- Prototyping and product development
- Requirements capture and technical documentation
- Equipment trials, testing and validation

Skills & Experience
We're interested in candidates with experience in some of the following:
- Embedded C/C++
- Python
- Linux and Windows development environments
- DSP techniques and applications
- Software Defined Radio technologies
- Embedded systems and microcontrollers
- IoT technologies
- FPGA/VHDL experience (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong problem-solving capability and customer-facing communication skills
