above™ is a Birmingham-based UK CAA Air Operator providing executive charter and aircraft management services. With our first Embraer Phenom 100 in operation and further fleet expansion planned, we're recruiting two Captains to join our growing flight operations team.
We're looking for experienced, professional pilots who can join us immediately or at short notice. Whether you're currently freelancing, between contracts or seeking your next permanent opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role
As Captain, you will operate the Embraer Phenom 100/300 safely, professionally and in full compliance with UK CAA regulations, company procedures and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Embraer Phenom 100/300 to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Conduct flight planning, performance calculations and operational preparation.
- Maintain the highest standards of SOPs and Crew Resource Management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support recurrent training and continuous professional development.
- Operate throughout the UK and Europe as required.
Essential Requirements
- UK ATPL(A)
- UK Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Valid passport permitting unrestricted international travel
- Full UK (or equivalent) driving licence
Preferred Experience
- Approximately 2,500 hours total flight time.
- Previous command experience preferred.
- Current EMB500/505 type rating or comparable business jet experience advantageous.
- Strong non-type rated applicants will also be considered.
