Role Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Embroidery & Heat Press Operative to join our small, friendly team in Aberdeen.
The role will involve:
- Operating single-head Barudan embroidery machines
- Applying heat-pressed logos to workwear, uniforms, and other garments
- Carrying out other production tasks as required

Your main responsibilities
- Operating single-head Barudan embroidery machines
- Setting up garments and embroidery hoops
- Loading and preparing embroidery designs
- Embroidering company logos, names, and designs onto garments
- Heat pressing prints onto garments
- Positioning logos and transfers accurately according to customer requirements
- Checking finished garments for quality and accuracy
- Preparing completed orders for customers
- Keeping the production area clean and organised
- Working to production schedules and customer deadlines

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Computer literate

Previous experience operating single-head Barudan embroidery machines would be an advantage. Experience with heat pressing logos and garment transfers would also be beneficial.
Full training can be provided for the right person.
