About RHONDOS
RHONDOS is the recognized leader in SAP security and observability — trusted by Fortune 500 and Fortune 2000 enterprises globally to secure and observe their most mission-critical systems. Our PowerConnect solution delivers real-time threat detection, compliance automation, and deep operational visibility across SAP environments, on market-leading platforms including Splunk, Dynatrace, and Elastic. We maintain strategic partnerships with global systems integrators, ISVs, and VARs.
We are a rapidly growing and profitable business with a lean, highly skilled team operating with a distributed team across the globe. We move fast, think strategically, and build things that last.
The Opportunity
We are hiring an Account Executive to join our EMEA go-to-market team as our first dedicated seller in the region. You will own the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, discovery, commercial negotiation, and close — for enterprise SAP customers and prospects, selling PowerConnect directly and through our partner ecosystem: Dynatrace, Splunk/Cisco, and the systems integrators that serve SAP landscapes. You will report to the Director of EMEA GTM and work closely with regional sales engineers to build pipeline, run disciplined sales cycles, and grow our most strategic accounts.
This is an individual contributor role for an enterprise seller with experience navigating complex software deals, who is ready to own a number, sell alongside world-class partners, and help build the EMEA business.
What You'll Do
- Own and exceed an annual quota for new and expansion revenue across an assigned EMEA territory
- Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise logos through direct outreach and partner-sourced opportunities
- Co-sell with Dynatrace, Splunk/Cisco, and systems integrator field teams — building joint account plans, aligning on deal strategy, and managing partner deal registration
- Manage and grow strategic accounts in the installed base: own executive relationships, drive adoption and renewals, and identify expansion into new SAP systems, use cases, and platforms
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline at 3–4x coverage, keep HubSpot accurate, and deliver a reliable weekly forecast
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through commercial negotiation and close, engaging sales engineering for technical validation and proofs of concept
- Enable partner sellers on the RHONDOS value proposition, qualification criteria, and competitive positioning through regional enablement sessions and joint field activity
- Navigate procurement, legal, and security review with enterprise buyers and partner contracting vehicles
- Provide market, competitive, and customer feedback to Product and Marketing
- Represent RHONDOS at regional SAP, observability, and partner events, conferences, and webinars
- Travel across the region as required, approximately 30%

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This Role Is Not for Everyone
If you need a brand name, a big surrounding sales organization, or heavy process, this probably isn't the right fit. If you want to own a territory and a number, learn from people who have done it, and grow commercially at the intersection of SAP and observability, we'd like to talk.
