Our Global Mobility & Immigration team supports the movement of exceptional talent across borders, enabling Tech Client mission to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. We partner closely with Recruiting, Legal, HR, and external vendors to deliver a seamless and principled immigration experience.
Note: Require Good knowledge of common visa types in Singapore, UK, & Ireland
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Immigration Specialist to support day-to-day global immigration operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that partners closely with Global Mobility, Legal, Recruiting, and external immigration vendors to ensure cases move accurately and on time.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, enjoys operational work, and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly for employees and stakeholders. This role reports to our Global Immigration Lead.

Your responsibilities:
- Own and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of global immigration cases, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution.
- Act as a trusted point of contact and subject-matter resource for employees, recruiters, and internal partners on global immigration matters and business travel immigration.
- Collaborate closely with external immigration vendors and lead operational support for key visa programs, flagging risks and exceptions early.
- Maintain audit-ready compliance records with a strong focus on data integrity.
- Ensure high-quality immigration data across HRIS and recruiting systems, identifying gaps and driving corrections.
- Triage and prioritize case workflows and inbound requests, escalating issues thoughtfully and recommending solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally (Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Legal) to support compliant onboarding and ongoing employment.
- Reinforce and continuously improve immigration processes, controls, and playbooks.

We’re Seeking:
- 8+ years of immigration operations and coordination experience with global immigration
- Working knowledge of common visa types in Singapore, UK, & Ireland
- Familiarity with right to work, and immigration compliance requirements.
- Experience working with Workday, and immigration case management systems and other ticketing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Clear communicator who follows through reliably and flags issues early.
