EMEA Benefits Analyst - Global Tech SaaS

Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract
Salary: £64,000


I'm supporting a leading global technology organisation looking for an EMEA Benefits Analyst to join their Benefits team on a 12-month contract.

This is a hands-on, varied role with a strong focus on benefits systems, operations, and process improvement. You'll support day-to-day benefits delivery while working alongside Programme Managers on projects and improvements across the function.

We're Particularly Interested in Candidates with:

  • 3+ years' experience across Benefits or HR Operations with strong benefits exposure
  • Hands-on experience with benefits/HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, Darwin, Benefex, or similar
  • Experience investigating system and data issues and improving processes
  • Benefits renewals and vendor/broker management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Payroll, and external providers
  • Experience supporting EMEA or multinational benefits would be advantageous
