EMEA Benefits Specialist
London - WC2 | Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home
Contract until 28 June 2027 | £100,000 salary
We are recruiting an experienced EMEA Benefits Specialist to join the international Benefits team of a leading global technology organisation.
This is a senior, hands-on role managing employee benefits programmes across multiple EMEA countries. You will take ownership of benefits operations, programme changes, renewals and vendor relationships while working closely with HR, Payroll and other key stakeholders.
The role
You will:
- Manage employee benefits programmes across a portfolio of EMEA countries
- Lead benefits projects, transitions, renewals and programme changes from planning through implementation
- Manage healthcare, retirement/pension, insurance, leave and wellbeing programmes
- Partner with brokers, insurers and benefits vendors, managing performance, renewals and escalations
- Ensure programmes remain compliant, competitive and aligned with wider benefits and Total Rewards strategy
- Work closely with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders to resolve complex benefits issues
- Manage multiple programmes and priorities independently in a fast-moving international environment
- Support employee communications and engagement around benefits changes and programmes
- Use market data and benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve benefit offerings

What we're looking for
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- 5+ years' experience in employee benefits
- Strong multi-country EMEA benefits experience
- Demonstrable experience managing benefits projects, implementations or provider transitions
- Strong programme/project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience managing benefits vendors, brokers and other external partners
- Good knowledge of healthcare, insurance, leave and retirement/pension benefits
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working with Payroll and HR systems; Workday experience is advantageous
- The ability to work independently, anticipate problems and quickly prioritise in a changing environment
