We’re hiring: EMEA Corporate Recruitment Partner
If you’re an experienced recruiter with a background in financial services or another regulated environment, this is an opportunity to shape hiring across a fast-paced, international business.
You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR teams across the UK and wider EMEA region to deliver high-quality hiring across Corporate Functions, build strong talent pipelines, and support an excellent candidate experience in a regulated environment.

In this role, you will:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR on hiring plans across Corporate Functions
- Source and engage high-quality talent in competitive financial services markets
- Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the region
- Use market insight and data to support informed hiring decisions
- Deliver a strong candidate experience with professionalism and discretion

- Recruitment experience in financial services or another regulated environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving business

- A strong understanding of confidentiality, data privacy, and sensitive hiring processes
