About Speria MTech
At Speria MTech, we help agricultural and food production businesses leverage technology to optimize operations, improve performance, and achieve measurable business outcomes. As we continue expanding our global Customer Success organization, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships across the EMEA region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global team and play a foundational role in shaping the customer experience across EMEA. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of our solutions while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
Position Overview
As an EMEA Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships throughout the region. You will help customers realize business value, increase product adoption, mitigate risk, and drive long-term retention.
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise Customer Success experience, is comfortable navigating complex customer environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-centric organization. Experience within agriculture, AgTech, food production, or related industries is highly desirable.
What You'll Do
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary post-implementation point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and day-to-day users.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives and success metrics.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic customer meetings.
Customer Adoption & Value Realization
- Drive adoption of Speria MTech solutions across customer organizations.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform utilization and business outcomes.
- Monitor customer health indicators and proactively address potential risks.
- Create and execute success plans aligned to customer goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Support, Professional Services, and Sales teams.
- Advocate for customer needs and priorities internally.
- Coordinate resources to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
- Facilitate smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Retention & Growth
- Support customer renewal and retention efforts.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with commercial teams when appropriate.
- Help strengthen long-term customer engagement and platform value realization.
Regional Ownership
- Manage relationships across multiple EMEA markets and cultures.
- Support customers in a dynamic and evolving regional environment.
- Contribute insights and recommendations that improve Customer Success processes and scalability across EMEA.
Experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or related customer-facing experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships.
- Experience supporting complex B2B software or SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and business outcomes.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Skills
- Strong consultative communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Experience operating independently in a distributed or regional role.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work across the EMEA region.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel occasionally if business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Agriculture, AgTech, Food Production, Manufacturing, ERP, Supply Chain, or related industries.
- Experience supporting multinational customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Background with enterprise customer success methodologies and best practices.
- Additional European language skills are considered a plus.
- Experience working within high-growth software organizations.

- Effectively manage customer relationships with minimal oversight.
- Drive measurable customer outcomes and adoption improvements.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute recommendations that improve Customer Success operations across EMEA.
