As the EMEA Employee Dining Lead within Amenity Services, you will lead the Employee Dining strategy across the region, driving innovation, service excellence, and operational performance. You will partner with stakeholders and vendor partners to enhance dining experiences through strategic planning, market insights, and the implementation of new concepts and technologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of workplace dining while delivering meaningful improvements to employee experience and business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Employee Dining strategy and roadmap across the region.
- Develop and maintain dining brand standards and service models.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on café, retail, coffee, and dining programs.
- Partner with vendors and stakeholders to develop and implement innovative dining concepts.
- Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Support the design and delivery of new dining locations and renovation projects.
- Manage vendor performance, including contractual obligations, audits, and business reviews.
- Analyze utilization, participation, and operational metrics to assess program effectiveness.
- Develop business cases and recommendations for strategic initiatives and investments.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure consistent delivery of service excellence.
- Lead training and change management initiatives to support new programs and services.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience managing dining, food service, hospitality, or retail programs.
- Knowledge of food, beverage, coffee, and retail industry trends.
- Experience developing and implementing service strategies and operational standards.
- Experience managing external vendor relationships and contract performance.
- Ability to analyze operational and financial data to support business decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting facility openings, renovations, or service transformations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience managing large-scale regional dining or hospitality programs.
- Knowledge of workplace experience, amenities, or employee services environments.
- Experience implementing technology-enabled dining solutions.
- Experience supporting brand development and customer experience initiatives.
- Experience working within a highly regulated or multinational organization.
- Knowledge of supplier diversity and small business partnership programs.
- Experience developing customer satisfaction programs and service excellence frameworks.
