THE ROLE
We are looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative Enterprise Field Marketing Specialist.
This is a junior individual contributor role that supports the execution of enterprise-focused marketing across key EMEA markets and selected key accounts. The EMEA Enterprise Field Marketing Specialist will help drive the planning, coordination and delivery of enterprise-focused marketing programs across EMEA, with a particular focus on core markets (UK, France and Germany) and selected priority accounts. You will help keep trackers up to date, stakeholders informed and deliver activities to a high standard.
Working closely with the EMEA Enterprise Senior Field Marketing Manager, regional Field Marketing Managers, Sales and wider marketing team, you will help coordinate campaigns, events, reporting and day-to-day project delivery. The successful candidate will be able to work independently (with coaching) to help ensure that enterprise initiatives are well organised, properly followed through and measured consistently.
This is a hands-on coordination role that covers multiple marketing disciplines. You will have a chance to work with everyone from marketing operations and data to digital and email campaigns and events and executive experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
