SambaNova Systems: Field & Partner Marketing Manager
SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. At the core of SambaNova's technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) — a chip built on a dataflow architecture rather than the traditional GPU model. Its decode performance is especially strong for agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that lets customers deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value.
SambaNova is looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Field & Partner Marketing Manager to lead regional field and partner marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth across a designated geography by aligning marketing investments with sales priorities, accelerating partner engagement, and delivering high-impact field programs.
As the regional marketing leader, reporting to the VP of Demand and Field Marketing, you will serve as the primary marketing partner to the Area Vice President (AVP) of Sales and regional partner teams, owning the execution of integrated campaigns, executive events, partner co-marketing initiatives, and localized demand programs that contribute directly to pipeline and bookings targets.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about translating business strategy into measurable revenue outcomes.
What You'll Do
Regional Demand & Pipeline Generation
- Own the regional field marketing activations strategy and execution plan aligned to quarterly and annual pipeline goals.
- Partner closely with Comms, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to localize global campaigns and optimize regional performance.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing contribution to pipeline, bookings, and ROI.
Field Marketing & Executive Engagement
- Plan and execute regional events, executive roundtables, customer workshops, and third-party sponsorships.
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales to engage strategic target accounts.
- Support executive engagement opportunities, including customer meetings, industry conferences, and VIP experiences.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and campaign orchestration before, during, and after field activations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
