The Opportunity

Infopro Learning is a global leader in workforce transformation, with over three decades of expertise in learning and talent development. Our purpose is simple: to unlock human potential. As a learning and talent consulting partner, we drive integrated development across individuals, teams, and organizations to build a performance-ready workforce.

We are seeking an EMEA Growth Director to drive enterprise growth through both expanding existing strategic partnerships and acquiring new Fortune 500 clients across the region. This is a high-visibility role at the forefront of Infopro's next chapter: bringing an exciting new AI-powered skills and capabilities platform to market, whilst maintaining growth in our advisory, content development and delivery, learning administration, and managed learning service lines.

You will combine consultative, executive-level selling with genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on learning and workforce transformation. Reporting to the Vice President, Learning Solutions, you will be a key driver of regional growth and a trusted voice to clients navigating how AI is reshaping skills and capability development.

This role is home-based in the UK, with 20–50% travel for client meetings and industry events.

What You'll Do

Acquire New Strategic Accounts

  • Identify, qualify, and win new enterprise clients across your EMEA territory.
  • Build pipeline through targeted prospecting, executive networking, and market intelligence, positioning Infopro's new AI-powered skills platform, whilst maintaining growth in our advisory, content development and delivery, learning administration, and managed learning service lines.

Expand Existing Strategic Accounts

  • Develop and execute account plans for existing clients, focusing on expanding wallet share and building multi-year partnerships.
  • Target high-value transformational engagements that deliver measurable business impact across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.

Champion the AI Platform Launch

  • Play a leading role in bringing Infopro's new AI-powered skills and capabilities platform and managed learning services to market across EMEA, helping shape go-to-market approach, client positioning, and early wins.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
