Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute leader to head the EMEA Centre of Excellence for Retail Sales, a $500M+ portfolio spanning both offline and eCommerce channels. This high-impact role will shape and execute the commercial strategy across Europe, Africa, and emerging global markets, with a mandate to double revenue and elevate sales excellence across the region.

As the architect of our retail transformation, you will lead a cross-functional team to drive strategic execution, customer engagement, revenue growth, and market expansion. You will also play a pivotal role in global commercial excellence initiatives across ANI’s international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Sales Excellence

  • Lead the design and execution of regional commercial strategies, including 4Ps planning, performance management, advanced sales training, and new product launches.
  • Champion customer-centric excellence through joint business planning, negotiation strategies, and best-in-class retail execution.
  • Drive revenue growth management initiatives including pricing optimisation, gross-to-net analysis, and ROI-based investment planning.
  • Optimise distributor and merchandiser performance through robust analytics and KPI frameworks.
  • Leverage retail data and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
