What You’ll Own
- Serve as a visible advocate for the PCC Operating Model, building understanding and enthusiasm across the EMEA region.
- Partner closely with the relevant EMEA stakeholders to share updates, answer questions, and address concerns around the transformation.
- Gather insights, feedback, and lessons learned from regional stakeholders and translate them into recommendations for continuous improvement of the model.
- Guide PCC teams through role changes, transitions, and structural shifts, ensuring alignment with global direct while considering local nuances.
- Deliver clear messaging, toolkits, and guidance to support adoption of the new PCC operating Model across countries and teams.
- Work hand in hand with the global HR Transformation & Integration team to ensure EMEA progress, challenges, and successes are visible and incorporated into overall program design.
- Act as a sounding board to PCC leaders and team members in EMEA, providing practical advice and support during the transformation journey.

What you’ll bring
- Strong knowledge of HR structures, processes, and the dynamics of HR, particularly within Global Payments
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and engage diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an evolving, fast paced environment and proactively driving clarity
- Ability to work across time zones
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and balancing global consistency with local relevance
- Experience in HR, preferably in the HR Partner space
- Experience supporting M&A activity
