We call this Team Intelligence: human-AI collaboration that breaks down silos, brings people back together, and frees you to solve bigger problems. Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev is trusted by global companies across industries.

About the role

As the EMEA Lead – Sales Engineering, you'll lead and grow DevRev's Sales Engineering team across EMEA. It's a hands-on leadership role, you'll directly manage a distributed team of SEs across multiple markets and time zones, while personally partnering with Sales leadership on the region's most strategic opportunities. You'll set the bar for a high-quality technical experience across the customer journey — blending technical depth with storytelling across demos, evaluations, and proposals, in close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

  • Hire, coach, and grow a distributed team of Sales Engineers across multiple EMEA markets — owning recruiting, ramping, goal-setting, reviews, and career development.
  • Manage team capacity and coverage — allocating SE resources across deals, markets, and time zones, and representing SE in regional Sales leadership and forecasting.
  • Own SE strategy and execution across EMEA, partnering with Sales leadership on pipeline growth and revenue targets.
  • Act as the senior technical leader on strategic, complex enterprise deals — from discovery through demos, PoCs, and proposals.
  • Enable partners, resellers, and sales teams through workshops, certifications, and competitive positioning.
  • Build reusable SE assets and best practices — playbooks, demos, guides — and partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years in Sales / Solutions Engineering (ideally B2B SaaS), with enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience directly managing a distributed SE / technical pre-sales team — hiring, performance management, coaching, and retention.
  • Track record of building and scaling teams, and developing individual contributors into high performers.
  • Experience across multiple EMEA markets; fluent business English.
  • Excellent storytelling and discovery skills; familiar with Command of the Message / MEDDICC.
