Overview
Allspring is seeking an EMEA Marketing and Events Manager to support our growth strategy and elevate our marketing presence across various EMEA territories. This role will support in designing and leading execution of a comprehensive full-funnel and omni-channel marketing strategy, seamlessly blending marketing initiatives across digital and in-person channels to maximise sales and retention within Allspring’s target market. This role reports to the Head of International Channel Marketing (based in Allspring’s Milan office).
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Support in developing in-person and digital event strategies tailoring content and campaigns to regional needs and cultural nuances.
- Research, evaluate and provide market insights for industry events and sponsorship opportunities within the wholesale and institutional channels across EMEA to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility in the region.
- Lead in the planning and execution of all EMEA in-person events, including vendor coordination, logistics, hands-on onsite support and other administrative duties associated with event preparation.
- Organise and support proprietary and co‑branded events and webinars, acting as the central coordinator across internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Partnering with the Global Social Media team, develop a co-ordinated EMEA social media content plan, aligned to event initiatives to elevate Allspring's market presence and strengthen brand awareness through regional events, award recognition, and key marketing initiatives.
- Deliver actionable campaign and event analytics, synthesizing insights to inform sales engagement and client demand trends.
- Support localized marketing initiatives across priority EMEA markets, tailoring content and campaigns to regional needs and cultural nuances.
- Produce event and sponsorship performance reports, providing metrics, analytics and meaningful insights from Salesforce data to support future marketing and business decisions.
- Oversee compliance approvals for marketing materials, ensuring adherence across regional regulatory requirements.
- Any other tasks as may be reasonably required

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing and event organisation experience, preferably within asset management/financial services
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time
- Operate computer programs and software
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
- Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)
- Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business proficiency in an European language would be an advantage but is not required.
- Prior experience working in a global organization
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Stensul
