- Lead internal employee communications across EMEA, including producing the monthly Burson Beat newsletter and updating content on Being Burson, the intranet platform.
- Own the planning and delivery of EMEA Town Halls in close partnership with the EMEA CEO and leadership team, managing agendas, speaker prep, presentation content, employee Q&A, logistics, and post-event comms.
- Develop and execute strategic internal communications plans supporting core business priorities, leadership announcements, organizational updates, culture rollouts, and major industry events like Cannes Lions.
- Drive culture, employee engagement, and EVP initiatives across EMEA, leading internal recognition programs, managing annual culture moments, and actively representing comms on community groups such as B4BEX, AI Enablement, and UK Culture Activation.
- Support local market marcoms champions across EMEA, ensuring alignment between regional and global marketing strategies while partnering with senior leaders to deliver clear, consistent messaging.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
