Overview

EMEA Marketing Support Executive

Location: Nationwide (U.K. based)
Contract type: 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract (October 2026 – 30th June 2027)
Salary: Up to £68,000 per annum + £5,760 Car Allowance

Are you highly organised, commercially minded, and passionate about technology? We have a fantastic opportunity to join McCurrach's Microsoft team as an EMEA Marketing Support Executive, supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, operations, and partner engagement activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the team representing one of the world's leading technology brands. You'll play a key role in supporting regional marketing activity across multiple markets, working closely with Microsoft stakeholders, partners, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

What will you be doing?

As an EMEA Marketing Support Executive, you'll support the successful delivery of marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. Working closely with regional marketing leads, commercial teams, and external partners, you'll coordinate campaigns, manage logistics, support reporting activities, and ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.

You'll help bring marketing plans to life through a variety of activities, including events, training programmes, partner activations, and multi-channel campaigns while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

EMEA Marketing Support:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for marketing teams across EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and timelines.
  • Coordinate logistics across multiple countries and markets.
  • Support the creation, adaptation, and distribution of marketing materials to meet market-specific requirements.
  • Assist with reporting activities, KPI tracking, and the consolidation of insights for regional stakeholders.

Campaign & Project Coordination:

  • Manage logistics for marketing activations, including events, pop-ups, training days, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams and agencies to support campaign delivery.
  • Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across retail, digital, and partner environments.
  • Help coordinate project timelines, communications, and stakeholder updates.

Partner & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for partners, distributors, and internal teams, providing timely information and support.
  • Assist in onboarding partners to marketing programmes, tools, and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Training, Product, and Marketing.
  • Support collaboration between Microsoft stakeholders and McCurrach teams to ensure successful programme delivery.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain organised documentation, calendars, and project trackers to ensure smooth workflow across EMEA.
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing, and procurement processes where required.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and regional marketing standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the team.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an organised, collaborative, and proactive individual who enjoys supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives and building strong working relationships across multiple markets. The ideal candidate may have some of the following skills and experience:

  • Experience supporting marketing, operations, project coordination, or campaign delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating events, training programmes, campaigns, or activations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation and reporting accurately.
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders across different teams and functions.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience within a technology, retail, agency, or similar environment would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience supporting activity across multiple regions or markets would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and develop.

Please note that occasional travel may be required to support events, meetings, and business initiatives across the EMEA region.
