As part of the Sonos team, you’ll collaborate with people of all styles, skill sets, and backgrounds to realize our vision while fostering a community where everyone feels included and empowered to do the best work of their lives.
About The Role
The EMEA Merchandising Specialist supports the full operational running of Sonos' point-of-sale estate across the EMEA region. Spanning 3,800+ displays in 17 countries, which requires both attention to detail and the ability to step back and assess the region as a whole.
This role sits at the intersection of global marketing, regional commercial teams and a network of external agencies. You will translate EMEA retail strategy into clear, well-structured briefs for agencies and retail partners, hold those partners accountable to agreed standards and timelines, and drive continuous improvement in how the programme operates.

You are delivering executional excellence across EMEA with our agencies and Display Manager, ensuring all parties are informed, aligned and delivering to the standard Sonos expects at store level.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
