Work Arrangement: Hybrid

What We Do At Weir

We are a global leader in mining technology for a sustainable future. We help our customers extract the resources the world needs more efficiently and more sustainably. Our planet’s future depends on the transition to renewable energy, and that transition can only happen with the metals and minerals our customers deliver. So, we work side by side with mines across the globe to move less rock, use less energy, use water wisely, and create less waste. Together, we drive the shift to smart, efficient, and more sustainable mining.

Make your impact

You’ll play a key role in solving real-world challenges. You’ll apply your skills to deliver results that matter whether that’s through engineering, planning or customer support. You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the regional OE (Original Equipment) sales team for crushers and screens, ensuring achievement of sales targets across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia).
  • Market Development: Develop and implement business plans to grow the OE market for crushers, screens, and comminution products. This includes identifying new greenfield and brownfield opportunities, building client relationships on mine sites, and collaborating with regional partners to support strategic growth.
  • Customer & Aftermarket Integration: Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating aftermarket sales into the OE sales strategy. Maintain strong client relationships to drive spare parts pull-through and long-term aftermarket agreements.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with HPGR sales managers, sub-region sales directors, and internal stakeholders to align sales strategies, share best practices, and optimize pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee sales reporting, budgeting, and skill matrix management for the OE sales team. Implement best practices and maintain visibility on systems like NEXT digital to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout the EMEA region to support sales activities, client engagement, and team leadership.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
