Procore is seeking a Partner Development Manager to lead the development, and growth of our channel and delivery partner ecosystem across EMEA.

In this role, you will translate our global partner strategy into regional execution and collaborate closely with our sales organization to unlock new revenue opportunities.

As the Partner Development Manager for EMEA, you will own the success of our strategic partner portfolio within the region. You will sit within the Partner Strategy & Ops organization reporting into the VP of Channel Partners, working in tandem with Regional Channel Sales, Enablement, Rev Ops, Legal and Marketing to build a scalable engine for partner driven revenue. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for current channel and delivery partners while identifying high-value opportunities to recruit, activate and onboard new partners.

This role can be based in our London or Dublin Office on a hybrid model.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of partners across EMEA serving as the relationship owner.
  • Recruit, onboard, activate, and enable high-value partners aligned to our partner strategy (including resellers in emerging markets)
  • Develop joint business plans, executive engagement plans, and regional growth strategies.
  • Partner closely with Partner Sales teams to drive sales, joint account planning, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration.
  • Act as the voice of the region by gathering market insights, tracking emerging trends, and providing strategy input to shape global partner programs and investment decisions.
  • Lead regular partner business reviews and measure progress against agreed upon objectives to ensure partners deliver measurable business impact.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, strategic partnerships, or partner management within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Deep familiarity with identifying, setting up, and managing resellers and distribution partners.
  • A strong background working with diverse partner types, including Resellers, SIs, Disti and fulfilment partners.
  • Proven ability to develop executive relationships, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and create actionable joint business plans
  • Familiarity with the EMEA markets.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (like Salesforce) and PRM software.
  • Track record of growing partner generated pipeline or revenue with commercial acumen.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

75,200.00 - 103,400.00 GBP Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
