EMEA Payroll Administrator
We're seeking an EMEA Payroll Administrator to join our team in the Human Resources Division in Glasgow.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a high level of experience and knowledge gained within professional and complex payroll department. You are expected to be able to work efficiently and effectively at all times whilst providing an exemplary level of service to all levels of employees. A flexible approach and an ability to manage your own time and duties will be required to be part of this team.

What You'll Do in the Role
- Manage local payroll providers, including monthly instructions, payroll output reconciliation and service delivery
- Coordinate net pay, third-party payments and payroll funding across locations
- Provide payroll and benefits reporting to Compensation Accounting and HR Benefits
- Resolve HR, employee and vendor queries, and reconcile payroll and general ledger data
- Review and standardize payroll processing, payments and vendor services
- Support new office openings and maintain standard payroll set-up procedures
- Maintain payroll controls, SOX-compliant documentation and system testing
- Provide senior leadership with timely issue updates and produce metrics to identify efficiencies and improvements
- Act as the key payroll contact for HR and employees, providing compliant advice and resolving queries within agreed service levels
- Monitor and report overpayments, and support other payroll duties as required

- Commitment to Excellence: Deliver accurate, high-quality work by checking, verifying and reconciling information
- Planning & Organising: Prioritise effectively, manage time and deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements
- Professional experience, including vendor management; EMEA payroll experience is desirable
- Strong process analysis and improvement skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and goals
- Advanced Excel skills are essential
- Additional language skills are advantageous
