Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Algomarketing partners with leading global organisations including Google, Cisco, Zoom, Stripe, OpenAI, and other enterprise technology brands to deliver marketing, sales, and go-to-market support with AI enabled talent across EMEA, NORAM, APAC and beyond.
Algomarketing is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented Platform Partner Marketing Manager to support a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation.
You will work with a portfolio of strategic SaaS platform partners to understand shared customer needs, develop joint marketing plans, and execute co-marketing campaigns.
The role will focus on driving customer acquisition, product adoption, partner-led pipeline generation, and long-term partner growth.
As an early contributor to the Partner Marketing function, you will also help shape the platform partner marketing strategy and investment model.
- Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives, and success measures for a portfolio of strategic SaaS platform partners.
- Develop joint value propositions, messaging frameworks, and tailored co-marketing programmes.
- Plan and execute activities such as joint email campaigns, co-branded webinars, content programmes, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Drive new-user acquisition, product adoption, upsell opportunities, and sales pipeline through partner channels.
- Integrate partners into broader campaigns by collaborating with campaign marketing, regional marketing, and demand-generation teams.
- Administer and optimise market development funds to maximise return on investment.
- Track and evaluate the performance of co-marketing initiatives, sharing insights and recommendations with the wider team.
- Identify the most effective levers for improving customer acquisition and activation through platform partners.
- Partner closely with sales and global partnerships teams to increase product adoption and strengthen partner satisfaction.

Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with go-to-market partners to create joint marketing plans and execute programmes that generate customer acquisition and sales pipeline.
- Experience developing joint messaging and producing partner-led marketing content.
- Proven ability to measure and improve the return on marketing investment within an indirect or partner-led business model.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys through partner distribution channels.
- Good knowledge of marketing funnels, sales cycles, product lifecycles, and the role of partner marketing in driving adoption and revenue.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic partner relationships and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
