We're looking for an experienced PMO Lead to join our team supporting one of CBRE's key global Life Sciences clients.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring a large portfolio of capital projects is delivered with strong governance, clear reporting and effective programme controls.

Working closely with senior client stakeholders and project teams, you'll provide the structure, insight and support that enables successful project delivery across laboratory, pharmaceutical and R&D environments.

Role Overview:

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic project execution. You'll establish frameworks that standardise practices, ensure alignment with global strategies, and create impactful change in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and optimise a diverse capital project portfolio, aligning initiatives with strategic objectives and ensuring timely reporting on progress and risks.
  • Digital Playbook Development: Create and maintain a centralised project management playbook, equipping teams with the tools and templates necessary for consistent project execution.
  • Quality and Compliance: Champion project management standards and deliver transparent reporting frameworks that enhance accountability and quality across all initiatives.
  • Tendering Excellence: Streamline and standardise tendering processes to ensure efficient procurement and compliance with global governance.
  • Seamless Handover: Establish structured protocols for knowledge transfer and project handover to ensure operations run smoothly post-completion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between our organisation and external partners, fostering collaboration and monitoring project performance to ensure alignment.
  • ESG Commitment: Drive the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices across all projects, ensuring sustainability is a core focus.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture valuable lessons learned from projects to inform future initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
