Turn Iconic Stories into Physical Play as EMEA Product Development Manager!
A tier-1 global entertainment powerhouse is seeking an EMEA Product Development Manager (Toys & Games) for a 12-month contract (Maternity Cover) based in Old Street, London.
What’s In It For You
- Rate: Up to £230.77 per day (PAYE).
- Flexibility: Hybrid work model (2-3 days/week on-site in vibrant Old Street).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day product development for Toys, Games, and Promotions across the EMEA market.
- Translate legendary character IP and storytelling into high-quality, commercially viable physical products.
- Collaborate directly with Creative Directors, commercial teams, and external global partners to review, approve, and inspire product ranges.
- Ensure all product concepts, 3D designs, and packaging strictly align with franchise guidelines and manufacturing realities.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in 3D product design development or toy manufacturing.
- Strong background in design, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design software.
- Exceptional illustration skills with a deep understanding of packaging, colour theory, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage approval timelines and navigate multi-stakeholder feedback under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in brand licensing models or character IP is a major plus.
