Join J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Product Experience
Where you'll define and lead the business roadmap of our EMEA New Product Experience (NPE); this integral part of our web platform is the hub to access detailed information on our EMEA Fund ranges. You will work closely with our regional NPE Product Managers to align on priorities and maintain a global site experience.
As a Product Manager, this role will require the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across our lines of businesses (LOBs), working collaboratively with the local/regional marketing teams, business owners, technology partners and global specialist groups to enable the successful delivery of the digital experience on our global Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web platform.
This is a demanding position and will need strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. Strong experience working on digital initiatives within an Agile delivery framework (scrum, documentation of epics, user stories etc.). Success in this role requires a strong bias for ownership, action, and the ability to execute daily at the highest level.
Job responsibilities
- Own and lead the EMEA product experience strategy and roadmap for the New Product Experience (NPE), including Fund Explorer and Product Detail Pages (PDPs), ensuring a best-in-class experience for discovering and researching our EMEA fund ranges (e.g., UCITS across SICAVs, OEICs and ETFs).
- Set EMEA priorities and drive delivery outcomes, partnering with regional stakeholders and global NPE Product Managers to align on shared platform direction while representing EMEA market, jurisdiction and distribution needs (e.g., GB, LU and broader EMEA).
- Provide senior stakeholder leadership across EMEA, building credibility and trust across Marketing, Product, Sales/Client teams, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology and Data; actively influence decisions, manage trade-offs, and maintain alignment on scope, timelines and outcomes.
- Partner with EMEA Marketing and campaign owners to ensure our product pages support strategic and always-on digital activation—optimising journeys from campaign entry points through to fund exploration, comparison and next-best actions (as applicable).
- Act as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, accountable for backlog direction and quality: defining epics, writing and validating user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritising work, and ensuring delivery teams are set up for efficient execution.
- Translate complex EMEA business and user needs into scalable product requirements, ensuring design and engineering teams fully understand the user problems, constraints and desired outcomes—while maintaining a consistent global experience where appropriate.
- Drive continuous optimisation using data and insight, establishing success metrics and iterating the Fund Explorer and PDP experience to improve findability, comparability, content clarity, and overall user experience across EMEA fund ranges.
- Lead digital delivery for EMEA business and regulatory change, representing the product experience in working groups and ensuring changes to disclosures, content, and customer journeys are implemented accurately and on time.
- Build strong partnership with the Chief Data Office (CDO) and data owners, ensuring product-page and marketing requirements are reflected in EMEA data priorities (e.g., fund attributes and taxonomy, identifiers, content sources, data quality controls and governance).
- Align across adjacent platforms and product teams (e.g., CMS, analytics/tagging, site search, personalisation and related digital tooling) to ensure a cohesive end-to-end EMEA experience and avoid fragmented delivery.
- Communicate with clarity, translating technical concepts into business impact, customer value and measurable outcomes; produce concise updates and recommendations that support fast, informed decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
