EMEA Product Management Opportunity (Certification/ Electrical Installation)

Lead product development and innovation projects across international markets

Shape pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy

Work cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams

The Role

As an EMEA Product Manager, you will take ownership of an assigned product subgroup (Certification and Electrical installation), leading product governance and managing the development pipeline across the region. You will identify market needs and development opportunities (markets such as Solar, Rail, Aerospace, Building services), assess portfolio profitability and deliver strategic product projects from concept through to launch. The role will also involve driving innovation, supporting go-to-market activity and working with teams across EMEA to optimise business performance.

Location

Cannock - 3 days in the office

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Product management experience
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategies (Solar, Rail, Aerospace, Building services)
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Experience working across international or matrix organisations
  • Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
