We are currently seeking an EMEA Product Manager, In-rack Liquid Cooling to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!
Responsibilities
The EMEA Product Manager, In-rack Liquid Cooling is responsible for managing the Product Lifecycle, supporting the business growth and gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the go-to-market and the marketing plan.
This role is critical in ensuring performance visibility and coordination across pipeline, orders, sales, and key financial metrics specific to the assigned product line.
- Understand the market, the competitive landscape, and the technical details of the product.
- Report to the Manager Thermal Product Strategy EMEA.
- Gain deep insight into customer needs and desired outcomes through extensive customer, channel, and market research.
- Support Early Quotation Program becoming the Subject Matter Expert for the Tech Sales community until full product release.
- Define “VOC” voice of customer and share and drive requirements with global business units.
- Define business cases for new products developments and propose both organic and inorganic growth plans. Execute product business case on existing products in line with Thermal EMEA targets.
- Drive strategic and operational alignment across the EMEA Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and the Global Business Unit.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans to maximize product revenue and profitability.
- Responsible for supporting the ongoing sustaining product management throughout its product lifecycle.
Key Activities
- Provides subject matter expertise and market knowledge for the assigned product line/s
- Enable product transfers and NPDI outside the region to support the EMEA Business plan when needed.
- Support Early Quotation for EMEA working closely with the Global Business Unit.
- Be able to sustain technical conversations about the Thermal Chain as a whole at Application Engineering level.
- Attend tradeshows, visit customers, meet with sales team, distributors and partners to ensure an accurate voice of customer (VOC) is shared and captured by the Global Business Units.
- Develop and execute product lifecycle management plans including product introduction, line extension, engineered to order, and end of production.
- Improve margin performance, including pricing initiatives, VAVE efforts, and cost-out programs.
- Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Be the primary source of customer and market intelligence for the assigned product line in the EMEA region.
- Addressing actions to reduce finished goods inventory and support business decisions in case of major supply chain issues and assist in championing resolution of offering issues (i.e. delivery, quality, inventory).
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, and the Pricing team to execute pricing strategies and margin improvement programs.
- Manage list pricing and multipliers in EMEA.
- Work closely with the Thermal Technical Sales and Solution Architects teams to support technical product strategy and customer alignment.
- Ensure all customer facing offering documentation and marketing collateral is available and accurate and specific for the region, country, and market segment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons and other sales enablement tools and collaterals.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop marketing programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master Degree in engineering preferred.
- 5+ years technical, product/service, strategic planning, marketing or directly related experience.
- Strong business acumen and act as a CEO for the products managed by him.
- Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Technical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions.
- Demonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, & project management.
- Excellent communications skills – written & verbals.
- High focus on customer needs.
- Able to combine long term and short-term goals by setting priorities.
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive.
- Attitude to act as a leader with curiosity in all what’s new (market trends, new technologies, etc.).
- Language skills: fluent English written and verbal required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this role in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy is between 60.000€ to 75.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Where applicable, a comprehensive overview of the full benefits package and any additional compensation will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with local legal requirements. Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
