About the Opportunity

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing an existing book of assigned Navarik customers as well as securing Net New Customers across all solutions. This role is a highly visible individual contributor role with the potential to move to a leadership role within 2-3 years.

We are looking for someone located in Europe with a preference for the UK or is able to frequently travel to the United Kingdom.

What you’ll be doing:

Growing Existing Book of Business

  • Responsible for managing an assigned book of EMEA based customers
  • Responsible for identifying whitespace within the current book of business and converting it into net new recurring revenue
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining account plans that focus on creating deeper relationships within assigned customer accounts
  • Identify and qualify at least 2 cross sell opportunities each year
  • Provide high level demonstration of various Navarik Products, and work with technical teams for more in-depth product discussions

Acquiring Net New Customers

  • Assigned a territory of Net New prospects
  • Develop and execute territory plan to generate Net New Logo growth from the assigned list of prospects.
  • Responsible for owning the full deal cycle to acquire new customers from cold outreach, through discovery, demo and closing.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to create brand awareness.
  • Create and execute cold outreach campaigns to generate interest in our portfolio of products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years in sales, business development or quota-carrying roles within SaaS, technology or oil & gas markets
  • Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication and executive presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple key priorities
  • Prior experience sourcing net new opportunities

What Success Looks Like

  • Creating and executing on quarterly account plans for existing customer base
  • Source and manage at least 2 cross sell opportunities each year for additional software products
  • Consistently meeting with new prospects, after opening the door via cold outreach
  • Generate and close at least 600K USD of new recurring software revenue each year
  • Develop and nurture a rolling 4Q pipeline of 2,000,000 USD
