Role Overview

The EMEA Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for improving net sales realisation, pricing effectiveness and trade investment performance across the Out-of-Pocket business in EMEA.

The role partners with Affiliate teams to identify revenue and profitability opportunities, strengthen commercial decision-making and drive adoption of Revenue Growth Management best practices across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth Management & Pricing

  • Develop recommendations to improve pricing, promotion and trade investment effectiveness across Affiliate markets.
  • Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities across products, customers, channels and markets.
  • Support the development and deployment of regional pricing and promotion principles that improve profitability and minimise commercial risk.
  • Identify opportunities to improve rebate structures and increase the effectiveness of trade investment programmes.
  • Identify pricing optimisation, geo-pricing and price corridor opportunities that improve revenue growth and gross margin performance across EMEA.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of customer, channel and portfolio growth opportunities to improve revenue, mix and profitability across priority markets.

Commercial Analytics & Performance

  • Lead analysis of sales, profitability, pricing and trade investment performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain customer, channel and product profitability assessments, including Customer P&L frameworks, reporting standards and profitability analytics, to support investment prioritisation and commercial decision-making.
  • Track performance against agreed business objectives and performance measures.

Business Planning & Financial Optimisation

  • Partner with Affiliate teams to support commercial planning, forecasting and investment decisions.
  • Contribute to gross-to-net improvement initiatives and trade investment optimisation programmes by strengthening reporting, governance and decision-making processes across Affiliate markets.
  • Develop ROI benchmarks and performance measures to improve investment effectiveness and sales and margin outcomes.
  • Support the identification, quantification and tracking of margin and profitability improvement opportunities across markets and customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce and Affiliate stakeholders to support the delivery of regional Revenue Growth Management initiatives and commercial priorities.
  • Facilitate Revenue Growth Management capability-building through communities of practice, training programmes, tools and best-practice sharing to strengthen Affiliate capabilities and maturity.
  • Support implementation of regional Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
  • Act as a valued commercial partner to Affiliate teams on pricing, profitability and investment decisions.

Required Experience & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Sales Strategy or related commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, promotion, profitability and trade investment principles.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
