About this role

As the EMEA Promo, Mix & RGM Tools Lead, you will shape how promotional investment and product mix are managed across Decorative Paints in EMEA. You will set the standards for evaluating promotional effectiveness, identify opportunities to improve revenue and margin through better mix management, and lead the development of digital tools and data foundations that enable teams to make better commercial decisions. Working closely with Sales, Brand & Category, Digital, and other stakeholders across multiple markets, you will turn complex data and insights into practical actions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a consistent approach to evaluating promotional effectiveness, including baseline, uplift, and return on investment, and establish post-event evaluation discipline across EMEA markets.
  • Analyze promotional performance by channel, retailer, and category, and use insights to guide future investment decisions.
  • Set promotional strategies, principles, and investment guidelines across key channels, and support market teams in prioritizing opportunities.
  • Track and forecast the impact of price, volume, and product mix on revenue and margin, identifying opportunities across brands, product tiers, pack sizes, channels, and customers.
  • Partner with Brand & Category and Sales teams to turn mix opportunities into actionable plans and support portfolio and assortment decisions.
  • Ensure promotional and mix assumptions are reflected in the business planning process.
  • Lead the roadmap for digital revenue growth management tools, working with Digital, IT, and external partners from requirements through to market rollout.
  • Establish consistent RGM data definitions and drive adoption, continuous improvement, and the integration of advanced analytics and marketing mix modeling into commercial decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
